בדיקת המעבדה במכשיר ה–Fitmate בודקת את חילוף החומרים הבסיסי ומסייעת לנו לדייק את תכנית התזונה האישית!

התנאים ומשך הבדיקה:

הבדיקה היא בדיקת נשיפה אשר בודקת את תצרוכת החמצן ובכך את ניצול השומן בגוף. ניצול הפחמימות הינו מקדם קבוע במכשיר. התוצאה בבדיקה נותנת לנו חיזוי של כמות הקלוריות הבסיסית המומלצת לאכילה ביום.

הבדיקה אורכת כחצי שעה. יש להגיע לבדיקה בצום (ניתן לשתות מים), ללא פעילות גופנית מאומצת למשך 24 שעות טרם הבדיקה וללא עישון סיגריות.
